Where does South Park Trout Guides fish?
We fish the Colorado area, including Dream Stream, Badger Basin, Tomohawk Wildlife Area, Spinney Mountain Reservoir, Antero Reservoir, Tarryall Reservoir.
What are the target fish?
Target fish include Rainbow Trout, Brown Trout, Cutthroat Trout, Kokanee Salmon. In Colorado the Trout fishing opportunities are endless. The waters that we fish are some of the best trout fishing rivers in the country and are generally fishable all year round. The Dream Stream is known for its good winter midge hatches for that reason smaller sized Comparadun work well. In the spring and summer the Dream Stream really comes alive. We catch trophy sized Rainbow and Brown Trout consistently. The spring and summer are known for prolific Mayfly hatches.

Yes, a Fishing license is required
How much should I Tip?
It is customary to tip 20% of the trip total. We work tirelessly to make sure you have a guest experience!
Do I need to bring my own gear?
No, we provide standard gear such as rods and reels so you don’t need to worry about anything. But please feel free to bring you own gear if you prefer.
